Shipping & Delivery Policy

UAE shipping: AED 20 per order up to and including AED 500. Free UAE shipping: orders over AED 500. International shipping: quoted individually; customs charges are generally the customer’s responsibility.

1. Overview

This policy applies to physical goods purchased from SpacePoint, including educational kits, learning hardware, components and related products. It explains our standard shipping charges, international quotation process and delivery responsibilities.

2. Our Logistics Partner

SpacePoint generally arranges deliveries through Jeebly, subject to courier availability, destination, shipment specifications and service restrictions. We may use another approved courier where necessary.

3. Shipping Within the United Arab Emirates

For standard deliveries within supported locations in the UAE, delivery costs AED 20 per order when the total value of products in that order is AED 500 or less. Where the total product value of an order exceeds AED 500, standard UAE delivery is free of charge and paid for by SpacePoint. The threshold is calculated per order before shipping fees; orders of exactly AED 500 incur AED 20 delivery. Any exceptional delivery requirement or special handling charge will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

4. International Delivery Quotations

SpacePoint may arrange shipments outside the UAE depending on the destination and the availability of suitable logistics services. International delivery is quoted separately and is not included in the UAE free-delivery offer. We generally request an individual quotation from Jeebly or another approved delivery partner based on the destination, parcel dimensions, weight, product type and delivery requirements. The quotation is then shared with the customer for approval before shipment. The agreed shipping amount is included in the customer’s total order or delivery quotation; no universal international delivery fee applies.

5. Customs, Clearance and Import Charges

For international orders, customs clearance procedures and any customs duties, import taxes, destination VAT, inspection fees and related government or brokerage charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless SpacePoint expressly agrees otherwise in writing. These charges are separate from the international shipping quotation unless that quotation clearly states they are included. The customer is responsible for satisfying destination-country import requirements; SpacePoint will provide reasonably available commercial invoices and product information to support customs documentation.

6. Processing and Delivery Estimates

Orders are prepared for dispatch after confirmation and any applicable payment requirements. Processing and estimated transit times depend on stock availability, kit assembly or customization, destination and courier schedules. Time estimates communicated at checkout or in a quotation are indicative unless a specific delivery date is expressly agreed. International shipments may be delayed by customs processing or factors outside SpacePoint’s reasonable control.

7. Delivery Details and Tracking

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name and working contact number. Tracking information will be provided when available through our courier partner. A recipient should be available to accept delivery or follow courier instructions. We cannot guarantee delivery to every address or P.O. box; unsupported destinations will be communicated before dispatch.

8. Failed Deliveries, Address Changes and Additional Charges

A failed delivery due to incomplete or incorrect details, recipient unavailability or a post-dispatch address change may require a new shipment or redelivery fee. Where additional fees arise, SpacePoint will advise the customer before arranging the requested service, where practical.

9. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Please inspect packages promptly on delivery. If items arrive damaged, missing or incorrect, contact [email protected] with the order reference and photographs where available. SpacePoint will review the issue and coordinate an appropriate solution with the courier or customer, taking account of applicable consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits non-excludable rights under applicable law.

10. Contact and Policy Updates

For delivery questions or international shipping quotations, contact [email protected]. Secondary contact and escalation: Abdullah AlSalmani, Co-Founder & CEO, [email protected]. SpacePoint may update this policy prospectively; changes do not retrospectively alter already confirmed delivery terms without agreement.
