Welcome to SpacePoint. By accessing our website, programs, or services—including SatKit, workshops, and training, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Our programs are designed for students, educators, and institutions.
  • Participants under 18 require parental or institutional consent.

3. Our Services

SpacePoint provides:

  • Satellite development programs (online, onsite, hybrid)
  • Hands-on kits (e.g., SatKit)
  • Workshops, camps, and training sessions
  • Instructor training and certifications

We may update or modify our services at any time.

4. Program Delivery

SpacePoint programs may be delivered in one of the following formats:

  • Online: Virtual sessions
  • Onsite: In-person at schools, events, or partner locations
  • Hybrid: Combination of both

The delivery mode will be communicated before the program starts.

5. Online Participation

Participants are responsible for having:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A suitable device (laptop or tablet)

SpacePoint is not responsible for:

  • Connectivity issues
  • Device malfunctions
  • Third-party platform disruptions

Sessions may be recorded for quality, training, or educational purposes.

6. Onsite Participation

  • Participants must follow all safety instructions and use equipment responsibly.
  • Any misuse or negligence resulting in damage may result in charges.
  • For institutional programs: The hosting organization is responsible for general supervision outside session delivery.

7. Registration & Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information.
  • SpacePoint may suspend access for incorrect or misleading data.

8. Payments

  • Fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  • Pricing may vary depending on program type or partner agreements.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are only provided if:

  • A program is canceled by SpacePoint

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Missed sessions
  • Partial attendance
  • Withdrawal after program start

10. Attendance & Scheduling

  • Participants are expected to attend all sessions.
  • Missed sessions are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.
  • SpacePoint may reschedule sessions or assign alternative instructors if needed.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials, including SatKit, curriculum, content and documentation, are owned by SpacePoint and protected by law.

They may only be used for personal educational purposes and may not be copied, shared, or resold without permission.

12. Code of Conduct

Participants must respect instructors and peers, follow program guidelines, and use tools and equipment responsibly.

Violation may result in removal without refund.

13. Media & Recording

By participating in our programs, photos, videos, or recordings may be captured and used for educational or promotional purposes.

For minors, consent is assumed through parents, guardians, or institutions unless withdrawn in writing.

14. Limitation of Liability

  • SpacePoint is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
